The government is doing everything possible to combat this transition. There is a plan to replace the train compartment as an isolation coach. A prototype has been prepared at Delhi Depot. In this, the middle berth of one side and all the three berths in the front have been removed from the 6-berth part. A patient will be kept in this part. This will keep the necessary distance between every patient. Railways say that as soon as the approval is granted, every week 10 coaches in each zone will be converted into isolation coaches
