The Delhi High Court has dismissed last minute plea by Nirbhaya gangrape and murder convicts seeking stay on execution. The court said that no foundation was given in the petition and it was filed without any index, list of dates, memo of parties, annexures or any affidavits. The four convicts will now be hanged as scheduled at 5.30 .
