Congress is doing dirty politics of familyism considering the country as inheritance ?

On June 12, due to allegations of electoral fraud in the Allahabad High Court, Indira Gandhi is declared ineligible. Indira was facing the sword of arrest until she declared a state of emergency on June 25. After that, Indira consolidates all power in her hands. She bypasses 7 senior judges and appoints her own Supreme Court Chief Justice, who she had appointed earlier. In November, the Chief Justice of the Allahabad High Court reverses the decision and declares Indira's election victory valid. To know more about Chief Justice A.N. Ray, it can be mentioned that he used to consult and ask Indira about every decision he made.

Subsequently, Indira changes the laws and also takes control of the powers of the Supreme Court, ensuring that no case can be filed against her. Perhaps she had the idea of British monarchy in her mind, where the entire government and constitution work under the monarchy's oath and the monarchy is supreme in Britain. Another thought might have been that the Prime Minister's chair has become a hereditary estate for our family, so it is necessary to secure this law for the sake of our family's future generations.

However, when the emergency is lifted, and elections are held again, Indira loses and the Janata Party forms the government, which overturns this law. Regarding Justice Jagmohan Sinha, who declared Indira ineligible, Congress loyalist Kuldeep Nayar wrote that the judge was continuously harassed before the decision. Congress leaders would visit the judge's house, threatening him to reveal his decision. Slogans would be chanted outside his house, and he would be abused. The CID would harass him, and even the household staff would be troubled to find out the verdict. Additionally, the Supreme Court's Chief Justice A.N. Ray, whom Indira appointed, visits Judge Jagmohan Sinha's house demanding to know his decision.

The judge was so harassed that he fled from his home. Congressmen then went to threaten the judge's stenographer, demanding to know what decision he was typing. Fearing for his life, the judge wrote the verdict himself to avoid being arrested. On the day the verdict was scheduled, Indira was declared guilty.

The person who had gone to threaten Justice Jagmohan Sinha during his tenure as Chief Justice of the Allahabad High Court was made the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh as a reward when Indira returned to power in 1980, and the Congress also won in Uttar Pradesh. That person's name was VP Singh. This VP Singh later rebelled against Indira's son in 1988 in the name of Bofors and raised slogans of "Every street says, Rajiv is a thief", eventually becoming the Prime Minister himself.

Anyway, in 1977, the emergency was lifted, and a new government came to power. Along with that, the term of the Chief Justice also ended. After that, the Janata Party filed cases against Indira and arrested her. In opposition to this, Congress supporters started a nude dance. In 1978, two Congress leaders hijacked a plane, demanding Indira's release. They demanded that Indira be released, Sanjay's cases be dropped, and Morarji Desai resign and make Indira the Prime Minister again. However, they later withdrew their demand for Indira's release. Two years later, when Indira returned to power, both of them were rewarded with tickets as legislators, and they both won.

Today, there is talk of digging up the Prime Minister's grave. They are being abused with filthy language, and there are discussions of their assassination. This has become a Congress culture, and those who do such things are rewarded by this dynasty, which is why at this time, you will see sycophancy towards this dynasty from politicians, journalists, entertainers, and everyone else. Some are lured by positions like Chancellor or Director of some institution, some by Padma Awards, some by tickets for elections, and some by ministerial positions. Everyone falls as low as they can, and they keep falling. Later, when they come to power, everyone's pockets are filled.

Along with that, you will also understand what real tyranny is and how today the judiciary, election commission, and media have been compromised. What would have happened if they had been compromised? Today, shameless lies are shouted out loud that freedom of speech has been curtailed, which is said in front of the same media that is called the lapdog media.

Open lies are spread that the opposition is being suppressed, while these people are doing everything to suppress the journey of the entire country. The person who abused the Prime Minister's father is granted bail directly by the Supreme Court, and it is said that the judiciary has been compromised.

They then involve the Election Commission in these lies, claiming that the Election Commission is not impartial. However, when the court or the Election Commission asks them which election was not impartial, neither the court can specify nor can they. However, they manage to compromise the Election Commission, alleging interference in it. The same is the case with EVMs; they keep making allegations but run away when asked to provide evidence.

In all these lies, there is only one truth, and that is that the people are not choosing them. Until this happens, everyone in this country will remain compromised, and the government will continue to be called a tyranny. Now, it is up to the people to either choose them or continue to show such anarchy, causing fires in the country, seeking help from foreign countries, attacking industrialists to ruin the economy, portraying the country like Pakistan against the government, dividing India and branding minorities as second-class citizens, or resorting to any other conspiracy because power is their birthright which they are not getting.
