Let us tell you that almost 12 years after the death of a 15-year-old child due to electrocution, a Delhi court has ordered a compensation of ₹ 5 lakh to his mother. In 2010, a child was electrocuted to death at the BSES Yamuna Power Limited project site in Delhi's Jawahar Nagar. On investigation, it was found that the incident was a result of the negligence of the company.

It is surprising that after 12 years of the death of the child, our court was able to give justice and compensation to the mother of the child. Don't know whether it is the fault of our constitution or the poor law and order, which takes decades to deliver justice. Whatever may be the case, Kishore's mother might have heaved a sigh of relief as she has got justice after 12 years.
